I’ve used Letson and associates for several years. Mainly because it’s just taxes so there wasn’t a reason to switch to another company but the communication is very poor. It takes them months to do the taxes. I’ve asked to have the person who handles my taxes switched because there’s no communication and I’ve gotten no response. I’ve asked to be called about tax situations and questions with no response. This year the tax services went up by $40 although I don’t have any businesses and was needing info on dissolving them but I still can’t get someone to call. Basically submit all your files, if they need something they’ll reach out, but as far as customer service and answering other tax stuff it hasn’t happened since I’ve had them. They also do not provide feedback to help decrease tax dues or helpful info make your tax situation better

It was great working with this company. Rush and his team did a great job on our taxes, you can tell they enjoy their jobs and do a great job.
