I needed help thinking through the best way to organize my new small business. Arthur Bookkeeping & Tax was provided exactly the patient, kind, & knowledgeable help that I needed to get going! I'm also confident that I have someone reliable to turn to as things get more complicated!

I contacted Tom through TurboTax and we had a positive initial first contact via phone call. He assured me he would be able to take care of my back taxes as well as current tax preparations. He sent me a link to his app to upload my documents so we can get the process started. After only one follow-up email soon after our call, I was completely ghosted. I reached out to Tom on NUMEROUS occasions via phone call, text, e-mail and even tried reaching him through the "Taxes To Go" app he had me use for my documents. after countless efforts to call, leave voicemails with no replies and e-mails without replies I gave up and closed my account with him. This was my first and only experience with Arthur Bookkeeping and Tom (founder) and I am extremely frustrated from being ignored. VERY unprofessional, VERY disrespectful, and a complete disregard of basic communication. I can't steer you all away enough. Save your money and TIME–go elsewhere!
