This place IS HORRIBLE!! Filed here because I wanted to make sure my solar credit was filed correctly. After finding out some issues on my taxes had to be redone, was told that there would be no changes to my refund. Come to find out my state refund was less than first told, so when I called up, they said they only ment my federal wouldnt change and said nothing about my state other than it was missed by 2 people. So after being upset after that, they relooked at my taxes, and found they missed ANOTHER $1000. Awesome, so we sent that out and was told "should take a month or sooner" which was exactly a month out from my birthday so i know for a fact the date on this.Now going 6 weeks to it, I call them up to ask if they could track the check or have some idea when it will be in, and they tell me "between 12 to 16 WEEKS".....wow!! That's a difference between WEEKS and MONTHS!! Money, i should of already had! WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER! CANT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY! TOO MANY MISTAKES!

Robert and Sonya are great, so helpful and friendly, my taxes were a little complicated but quickly got my refund and the fee was very reasonable for the time it took, will definitely use next tax season
