I have been trying unsuccessfully for 3 almost 4 weeks now for someone in the office to contact me regarding becoming a new client of the firm. I have spoken with to 2 different individuals and I have also submitted my information online through the website. The last person I spoke with ensured me they would relay my information and would call me right away. That call was 6 days ago.

Excellent Service. Timely and professional. We greatly appreciated the prompt and efficient tax preparation and contractors license renewal.

I haven’t started the tax process yet, but Carrie has been fantastic and Christain was also so helpful over the phone. I have friends who are always happy with these guys so I am excited and hopeful!

Just called and spoke with the rudest Carrie I have ever encountered. She didn’t have any kind of phone etiquette at all.

Mike provided fantastic guidance and advice regarding property that my wife and I were looking to commercialize. His assessment and advice was professional and thorough, and I know they’ll be there for us moving forward for years to come.

I have been using Mike for over a decade. I moved away from Arkansas years ago and he still does my taxes. His team does a great job and I would highly recommend using Mauldin Vaught CPA.

Mike was very nice and took over our customer experience first hand. He’s been good to us.

Cannot express how disappointed I am with the service received (or lack there of) from Christian. Mauldin Vaught has provided support with our personal taxes for quite sometime without issue. After meeting with him for a consult regarding my small business he was supposed to begin providing services for this. After numerous emails and phone calls (beginning 7/9/22), nothing has been done and emails/phone messages have not been returned.

Outstanding CPA and consultant - working with Mike and his team since moving to AR and having a business has been invaluable to help me properly plan estimated tax payments and learn how to optimize profits with my tax returns, and setting up my LLC. I highly recommend this firm.
