We worked with a different CPA to file our taxes. Because of a clerical error and other delays, we filed late and got fined. A recommendation from a family member led us to Christian Scott & Associates. After several appeals, Dave Bowman was able to get the fines forgiven and returned from Federal and State-- a sum over 4k! This was a huge deal for our family.
