Do not go to this office if you’d like your returns done on time. It is now the middle of July and my taxes are still not finished. I am now going to do them myself. The tax preparer, Reggie, has never contacted me about missing information and instead leaves my file sitting around until I call to check in on the progress. But there never is any progress and they continue to tell me that there is information missing. I was also given incorrect information back in 2022 which caused a $3k+ bill from the IRS after I caught their mistake. Do NOT give them your business.
