Just called to ask a few questions, specifically about cost. But the person who answered the phone was dismissive and rude. I didn’t get far enough to ask any other questions because she was reverting to her consistent statement “we have no available appointments”; which wasn’t a question I asked. I guess I’ll never know what their services are like, I’ll stick to H&R Block. I feel if you cant answer and tend to a customer call in a service business, there is a big problem.

Taxpath has been doing our taxes for years. Mohammed is very nice, patient and takes time to explain things and work with you. He calls me at home when I have a tax issue and will make sure to get to the bottom of it. Will keep going back.
