We worked with Nury for our 2022 and 2023 taxes. She was amazing in 2022. And then things went south fast the following year. She was unresponsive (as other reviews mention) and misfiled our taxes. She said we would be getting a significant refund in 2023 from California but it was a "typo" and we actually owed. But we owed only because she filed our taxes incorrectly. After reaching out a handful of times, she finally realized her mistake. She created an amendment but is refusing to file with California until we pay her an absurd fee (never mind that we had overdraft and late fees because of her original misfiling). Id say Im not sure what happened between years but she has left me voicemails outlining what is happening in her personal life. Wildly unprofessional. She made close to 5 figure mistake in filing taxes, and is now not fixing this mistake. Beware.

I heard good things about Nury on local Facebook groups. At first, she and her team were responsive. Then she had staffing issues and has not communicated with me for over 2 months despite me emailing, calling, and sending messages on Facebook, which is regularly updated. I am extremely concerned about my taxes and she has done nothing since I submitted my documents to inform me of the status. Taxes are not a small issue and without knowing what’s going on it’s hard to move forward with a different accountant.

I personally would not recommend this company, they worked on our taxes and sent the form with an error, for more than two weeks and I tried to contact them to correct it and they do not return the calls or answer the messages, it seems unprofessional on their part, definitely bad service and bad experience.

This is our first time using accounting breeze and we have tried to contact them multiple times for a status and have yet to receive a response. We’ve gone there in person and the accountant isn’t available. I do see they are responding to bad reviews, so maybe I can get a response now. I unfortunately feel like I need to file a form 14157-A IRS complaint if this isn’t resolved soon. Email us back when you can so we can update our final review. Thanks!

I never write bad reviews. I typically always work things out with the people I'm working with; however, I would hate what happened to me to happen to anyone else. My 2023 taxes are not done and we essentially have been ghosted in terms of what is happening with our 2023 taxes. I've never experienced this with anyone or any business in the past. I don't know what's going on. It appears the company is short staffed and very much in the weeds. Would not encourage this company to take on any new clients until they have the staffing to meet deadlines.
