Reached out for assistance as my husband and I are newly married and looking for help doing our W4 (it’s confusing as joint filers) and then also for doing our taxes next year (I’ve always just used TurboTax as a single filer). Office refused to do their free consultation (which is understandable) but then when asked how much the service cost, they said they don’t do it for new customers. Strangest interaction I’ve ever had. Is this not the entire purpose of their job? I guess we will take our business elsewhere.

Made thousands of dollar mistake on my tax return that I noticed. When questioned, they insisted it was correct. Only after asking again for them to review, they noticed it was a mistake. Filed my tax extension without my knowledge or consent. Shady business, do not use.

My husband and I have needed a lot of advice and help with filing taxes, including late and very late filings. Since we own (very modest) income properties in several states, it gets complicated fast. John and his staff have always been very patient, friendly and helpful. John has also represented us to the IRS and negotiated plans for settlement and repayment to them that made a huge difference to both our finances and peace of mind. He has also offered much-appreciated assistance in our financial planning. Now, if only he could cure our addiction to procrastination...!
