Their software is very old and if my wife and I didn't catch their mistake, we had to pay $22,000 in taxes. But after we caught their mistake, we are actully getting $7,000 in refund. What a big difference. But not all the tax payers are aware of the old and glitch in their software, so they end up paying way more taxes than necessary. This was a huge mistake!!!

The service was very professional. Amardeep G went above and beyond to serve his clients and was very detailed with the customer. He was willing to take each phases of tax preparation with patience while explaining everything to customer. He also acknowledged customer as a returning customer to same office.

Came here after my old Tax Offices reloacted and left me with some prior year issues. Amar who works here at Jackson Hewitt in Fremont has been helping me organize and fix everything. Very punctual, professional and helpfull. Highly reccomended.
