Outdated place. I had the worst experience filing my tax in 2020 with this place. They never gave me my signed papers and they told me they will email my tax return since I asked for electronic papers. They never did and now that I need my tax return with the same email address, social security and all the info they requested to confirm my identity, after one week of waiting, they refuse to send it to me. First they said I had to pay. Then it was security reason and since they don’t have a website so I can actually upload my files, they are not giving me my records. I live 3 hours away now and it’s impossible to pick them up in person. I have never heard of this before. Every other place that I know and worked with since, either has given me the papers there and then or they have a website to upload documents from. It feels like 90s in this office. Do not use them.

Got a form notarized. The notary did not thoroughly check the form. The form had to be redone. Notary charged to get it notarized a second time. Notary should make sure the form is done correctly.
