I needed to set up an S-Corp for my business and reached out to Proactive Tax to help me do that. They were absolutely wonderful. Through the whole process they were very professional and made me feel very comfortable. To be honest, I knew that I needed to set up an S-Corp but not how that process worked. Proactive Tax walked me through everything. They answered every question I had and made sure that everything was set up properly. I am very happy that I decided to go with them. They have excellent services and an excellent team. I will definitely be a repeat customer after this experience.
