Larry Holmes and his team have made preparing my taxes a smooth and educational process! They are more than your CPA but rather a counselor exploring what your goals are and how they can help you accomplish them. Holmes and Associates are fantastic. Dealing with taxes and the IRS is complicated and stressful, however, with their knowledge and competence the Holmes and Associates team remove the stress and work for your best interests making both filing taxes and even an IRS audit cycle calming and easy. Larry has been doing my taxes for the last five years or so now and it's worked out great. Everything is documented and returned to me in paper packet. Never had any issues.

Worked with Holmes for 2 years, and it was HORRIBLE and painful to work with them. But at least my taxes were getting done? NOPE! After paying them thousands and having to contact them 3 times a week to make sure things were getting done, I was finally told by the IRS that they failed to submit many documents that they said they did. Pretty awful. Not only are they too expensive and painful to work with, but they will cause you huge problems! STAY AWAY!

I have lost track of how many years I have been with Larry Holmes. I am very satisfied. Professional is my best one word description. I recommend Holmes & Associates.
