Definitely avoid at all costs. I had an extremely stressful and disappointing experience with this firm. Extremely rude staff, completely unresponsive after receiving the amount, can't fix a single issue. Kept changing story to get more money from me, eventually I ended up hiring another CPA. They didn't refund anything for preparing incorrect tax returns which was useless to me. Incompetent, can't communicate well in English, can't fix simple issues, rude, argumentative, unresponsive.

Unfortunately I can give lower than 1 star Do not go to this firm. rude behaviour, late replies, one line emails, some time two words. miscalculated my tax which costed me penalities. when asked responded rudely. Never go to this firm. He sucks at this job and a total scamster. All the one star reviews sounds the same of him being unprofessional, rude, arrogant, had to refile because of his mistakes. Dont trust the 5 star reviews, those are absolutely fake.

This company should not be used. I decided to not use them this year after 6 years of business because of their price and service. and i just asked for 2021 PDF of tax which is already on web and while in past they gave that for free, they are asking money to give me a pdf. Be careful before you use them

I was really in a situation where I couldn’t get my W7 form complete for my husband Sanjay was the only one who was willing to help me and was really good at replying back to me when needed I will be going to him again
