This review is long overdue. After losing my accountant of 20+ years to retirement, I went in search of a trusted recommendation to fill the void. Chad was a referral from our financial advisor for a house re-fi and I can't begin to describe the relief and total satisfaction I've had with his team both with the refi's we've done and our taxes when we moved them over in 2019. I've owned a business for over 25 years, I've never seen a more professionally run, personally invested person than Chad. The attention to detail, the ease of the service, the utter lack of any doubts on my part that he was doing everything and then some to fulfill his duties make me recommend him to everyone I can that asks me for a referral to a competent, trustworthy company for mortgage and tax needs. If Google would allow more than 5 stars, I'd give him all of them.

My spouse and I have been working with Chad and his team for over 5 years now and could not be more satisfied with the service and advice we received throughout this time. After our tax situation became more complex (working in multiple states, property ownership, etc.), we needed assistance with our annual returns and overall guidance on where we could improve. After a year of doing our taxes wrong, I wanted help to make them right. The reviews led me to Peshke Financial and they've been so helpful in getting our taxes back on track. Other financial advice has been helpful as well. With changing tax laws happening so frequently, it's nice to have someone who's on top of it all for you. Don't try to do them yourself! Also, he's efficient and reliable in answering all questions you have. Worth every penny.

First met with Chad in 2013 to figure out how to get ready to buy my first home. He was kind enough to drive 30 minutes to my office knowing that in all likelihood I was still at least a few years away from my first purchase. Chad taught me all the important steps needed to improve my credit (listen to his advice!) while I continued to build my income and savings to more realistic levels that we set as goals. Fast forward to 2016 and we just closed on our first purchase. Chad stayed in touch the entire way and patiently helped me figure out when it was truly the right time to buy. While we were making offers on several properties Chad went the extra mile and called the Selling Agents to tell them why they should pick our offer. Really helps in this competitive SoCal market. Once we entered escrow, Chad was proactive, organized, provided clear communication, and made the process streamlined and stress free. Closed early with no issues. He even pulled off some fancy footwork to help lock in a superior rate when my fiancee's credit score unexpectedly dropped 2 points below the sacred 740 threshold. He also caught a mistake my accountant made on my 2015 taxes when he was pre-qualifying us for the mortgage so no doubt he is great at taxes also. Chad is super proactive in monitoring the interest rate market to identify opportunities to refinance. So nice to know someone is watching that for me. Since 2016 Chad has helped me refinance my mortgage twice to lock in a lower interest rate. He always makes sure the refinance makes sense economically before recommending it, including all fees associated. Most of all I enjoy working with someone I can really trust who has a strong faith and integrity to match. Would recommend Chad to anyone.

My husband, myself, and my small business have been using Chad for a few years now. He is exceptional! I first gotthe flyer in the mail and decided to use Chad for tax preparation. My husband and I quickly realized we finally found a person who was trustworthy, honest, and truly caring about helping his clients. He’s also extremely organanized and efficient (this goes for his entire office as well). We have since had him help with a home refi, a home sell, and a home purchase. AMAZING! He’s made every preocess so easy. Ive actually moved hundreds of miles away from Southern California, but I still use Chad as my go-to guy for everything (via phone and email correspondence). I’ve written very few reviews, but as I’m sitting down sorting out this years tax documents I’m getting ready send to Chad, it crossed my mind that this is the guy I’d take the time to write a glowing review for!

As newlyweds, my wife and I needed some help with our taxes and we were also in need of some financial advice. Chad set aside time to meet with us during the busy tax season and provided insightful and important tips to help us with our financial goals. Recently, Chad reached out to me based on our financial discussion earlier this year. He recommended a refi on our mortgage based on his analysis of our interest rate. We had already been considering doing a refi because the rates were real low and we wanted to shorten the term so his call was perfect timing. Most mortgage brokers want to sell you a product and get you in and out so they can move on and get to the next potential client. Chad doesn’t do that. He asked me several questions about what we wanted in a home loan; he listened. Chad carefully crafted a loan package based on our conversation. We were able to shorten the term and save thousands of dollars on the life of the loan with minimal change in monthly payments. The refi process has been a breeze! Chad is extremely organized and communicates with you the entire time. He will answer any questions you have and navigate you through the process. He is super knowledgeable on the current trends in the mortgage and tax arena. He even has a very useful blog that helps educate the client. We will continue to use Chad for tax services and financial coaching. I don’t think we will need to refi again but if Chad thinks he can save us more money to get us closer to our goal of paying off our mortgage, I would trust his advice and work with him again. He’s that good!

We found Chad originally to do our taxes but knew we would need to refinance our house out of our FHA loan eventually. Him and his team are fantastic, not only was it so easy and simple but they communicated everything to you clearly and efficiently. Never once were we pushed to do something or had any confusion, unlike when we initially bought our house with a different group or before we found Chad and had attempted to refinance with someone else. On top of that, they also laid out a plan to get us out of credit card debt. I've been working on it for a couple years and after a short conversation with Chad I feel like I have a grip on it and will be out of debt in 14 months (where as I thought it would take yearsssssss). My husband and I cannot thank him and his team enough.

We were referred to Chad and Im glad we were. We had a very complex tax situation, and from our intermediate (or so we thought) knowledge on taxes - we thought we had to pay a ton in taxes in 2017. We went with Chad and he got us our tax return and saved us an incredible amount! Way more than I couldve imagined. His team is fast, smart, professional and on top of things. Totally worth going with Chad Peshke. It costed $175 for them to do everything for us, start to finish (you will have to mail in the vouchers though, but thats super easy). If you have anything more complex than a W-2, him and his team are a great bet to go with.
