I first met Randy Orr more than a decade ago. He was opposing party's expert witness in a dissolution matter that, by that time, had been going on for more than ten years. Since that time, I have worked with Orr Forensic Accounting almost exclusively. What I like best about the firm is the willingness to tailor their services to the needs of my clients at a more than reasonable cost. Randy and his staff are also easy to work with. I highly recommend Orr Forensic Accounting.

I've used Randy over the last 10 years. Sadly, he has become overly busy and very difficult to get a hold of. Literally requiring me to make decisions without his guidance. Worst of all, I gave him a large retainer fee, and even though he has not done anything for it, he keeps ignoring my request to return it.

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM! Randy Orr was retained by my prior counsel in my divorce. His numbers were inflated, his billing was inconsistent with testimony given in declarations and in the end, when I asked for my retainer refund, he sent me a bill that overcharged me hourly rates and offered me a $250 refund. It was supposed to be $5747.50. I contacted him in March 2022 to ask what additional documents he needed for a MTC. He ignored me. I contacted him again the following week as our court date was pending, again, blew me off for another 2 months. Obviously, I was unable to get the info I needed in time for our hearing. In May, I reached out again, called, emailed, and he finally texted me back. I then asked him for an account statement, which took another week or more. This was the first billing statement I had received since I retained his firm in 2021. The retainer agreement said we would receive monthly statements. We did not. The billing statement was completely inconsistent and he overcharged me $5747. I was polite, sent an email with the corresponding documents and signed retainer agreement, thinking it was an honest mistake and allowing him time to fix it. After a very rude text exchange, he committed to sending the refund on June 13, 2022. I have yet to receive a dime. He has been extremely unprofessional, ignores my calls, texts, emails, and now has me blocked. I am going to start the arbitration process and will be asking for a full refund of my $20,000 in fees since his numbers were so inconsistent, we cant even use them in court. In short, he is a TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Other attorney's I've spoken to say their firm is not allowed to use him as a rule. Now I know why.

Randy cares personally about his clients and helps to get solutions. In retrospect I should have hired him first before an attorney and maybe I could have settled with my ex.

I can't recommend Orr Forensics more highly. During one of the most difficult times in my life Randy was the voice of reason and provided options and advice not offered by any of the other professionals I was working with. Anyone going through a divorce, or needing forensic accounting, should add Randy to your team. I found him to be trustworthy, creative and smart and always available when I needed him.
