As a small creative business owner I feel extremely lucky to have trusted my friend referral and chosen Vincents firm as my CPA. From the incorporation, through every tax period, MyTaxDoc has been the key for me to focus on my work and go though the roughest times with confidence that I have somebody knowledgeable and kind to talk to. In the current COVID crisis Vincent has done an incredible work and got me all the safety nets i could possibly hope for. Something that a lot of my peers unfortunately arent getting with their CPAs. I highly recommend MyTaxDoc, its a real pleasure to do business with people are smart and truly care.

I have been working with Vincent and his firm for over 2 years. Vincent is genuinely a good human, hes trustworthy, and he looks out for my best interests - which are meaningful, reassuring qualities to have in accountant. He always makes himself available for a conversation, spending ample time answering any of my questions (I have a lot!) and explaining what he is doing. In the course of our conversations, weve also gotten to know each other on a personal level. He really listens to my concerns, and I know hes got my back. This has been especially true during the pandemic. Hes been very active in communication about my options as a small business owner, and he is very knowledgeable about all the tax laws and codes, which is reassuring as Im trying to navigate during these difficult times. In addition to all of the above, they are a really buttoned up firm and make everything super easy!

My wife and I have a Sales Rep Agency (NOHRTH Sales Agency) and were introduced to Vincent through another small business owner. To say the least, working with Vincent and his wonderful team has been a game changer for not just our bottom line but ease of mind (which I may even value more). The things that really standout to me are: He's obsessively abreast and strategic of the tax and small business environment, changing laws etc. He utilizes modern tools / tech to make working in the modern world VERY easy. To say that Vincent Lam is detail-oriented is an understatement. As an independent contractor in a field that keeps me busy 8-10 hours a day, it’s been amazing to know that the financial logistics are sorted properly and I can mainly focus on work and clients. The biggest difference for my tax returns has been that I have received absolutely no back tax notices or any random IRS notices ever since working with Vincent. For years as a business owner I struggled with the accounting side of my business using other services. There were always surprises. When I was lucky enough to be referred to My Tax Doc Inc it was the difference between night and day. Vincent and everyone there are so good at staying on top of my businesss activity, all the while providing information and explanations for any questions I have. Vincent Lam was recommended to me by a business associate and since starting to work with him and his team, I have gotten much smarter about how I file my taxes. When I have questions, I just send an email and he and Susan respond to me quickly with clear direction. Previous interactions with most accountants made me feel like I was wasting THEIR time. Vincent is not only great at what he does but takes the time to teach you why he does what he does. As someone in entertainment, he has a great grasp of the complexities and benefits of working in the industry.
