horrible customer service. moving me from person to person and no one can give me the info about my package that is missing, undeliverable, and being returned to sender. the reason is not explained on the dhl site either. it's been several days and hours on the phone and online.

All employees were very friendly. I have been going here for three years. I have worked with both Dave and Kathleen and they are very knowledgeable and handled all my questions and concerns professionally. They sit and listen and truly care. Thanks DHL tax services for such a great experience.
