We were going through a company restructurer and needed help cleaning up our QuickBooks. Not only that but fully switching to QuickBooks online. We set up an interview with Luis and his team. They are the a tremendous team. Their knowledge of QuickBooks and the patience in training with the updates are amazing. My books have never looked better! Give them a call, they are a great asset to companies big or small!

I can highly recommend the professional team at Serrano Bookkeeping particularly if you are using Quickbooks Online. I do most of my own bookkeeping, but sometimes I find myself in over my head and that's when I reach out to Serrano Bookkeeping. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. They have a complete understanding of my small business and keep me on track so my books are squeaky clean all the time. Thank you Serrano Bookkeeping!

Luis at Serrano Bookkeeping is an excellent teacher and has a lot of quickbooks knowledge. Contracted him for his 1.5 hour training session and he showed me the ropes while getting my books reconciled and all balanced out. Thank you very much for the excellent service Luis!

If there were an option to give more stars I would. Serrano Bookkeeping was a game changer for me and my small business. Luis trained me on quikbooks and made our end of month procedures so much more efficient. As a small business owner I highly reccomend this company. Luis went above and beyond to help set us up for success!

Our business has used Serrano Bookkeeping for the last few years and I have personally worked with Luis for the last two. Luis is thorough, professional, and always willing to help with any of our accounting needs. He has helped me solve numerous issues and provides very knowledgable accounting advice. He has always been willing to jump on a phone call or Zoom meeting and walk me through something that I may be stuck on in QuickBooks, whether it be as simple as a QB feature I don't understand or an in-depth review of our reports. We would certainly be lost without his help and appreciate all of the detailed work he has done for us. I highly recommend using Serrano Bookkeeping for your accounting services!

Luis is incredibly hardworking and intelligent with the work he does! I found him from the Quickbooks ProAdvisor and feel very fortunate. Hes helped on the bookkeeping for both with our cannabis business and our other business. Not having a lot of time is a common issue for most business owners and Luis helped ease the stress of that by taking on the tedious yet important tasks that I didnt have time for. His expertise, demeanor and willingness to help in any way are the reason were keeping him! Find a bookkeeper than you can trust like Luis. Positive Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I was referred to Luis to help me with the PPE loan. He took his time explained everything to me and helped me through the entire process. I was able to secure the loan, it was forgiven and he even helped me with an additional SBA loan. During these trying times Luis’s help was instrumental to keeping my business alive. I highly recommend him!! Positive Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
