Horrible experience. Consistently pays bills late or not at all. After multiple attempts to fix the issues we have been having with them they still are letting bills go 3 months late without paying. Makes us look bad to our vendors and creates unnecessary work and stress for our business.

There is so much that I don't have to worry about. It is almost like it's on autopilot. I can then focus on growing the business, generating new customers and I don't have to muck around in areas where I don't have the expertise. What I have really appreciated during Covid is that there were so many shifting of requirements for enrolling in the SBA loans. What I appreciated about Stride's bookkeeping team is that they said, "It's messy but we'll help you through it." They went ahead and created all the required documents without asking and it was ready to go for the applications.

Stride is clearly a company that believes in building long term relationships, rather than making a quick buck. We dealt with the partner Russell Benaroya while looking for a new accounting firm for Knife Aid, we really liked what Stride had to offer, but were keen on meeting in person on a regular bases. As Stride provides its services virtually, that was not possible. Rather than change our mind or hard sell us into trying Stride, Russell understood our needs and suggested a firm nearer us. The firm turned out to be excellent. Russell´s approach is what I would call true solution and customer satisfaction focus.
