If I could give zero stars..I would! I have been going this place to do my tax return with Claudia Stolp for the last 2 years. Long story short, she has an awful costumer service towards her clients and besides that I'm single and I have no kids or business, she charged $120.00!!! To me it was insane and absurd but since I knew her so paid for it since she already submitted my taxes forms. I've being having issues with my tax return, so I tried to call her many times and texted her for further updates on my refund and she wouldn't even reply to me not even once by the time she replied, she suggested to give a call to IRS but there's no option to reach a representative! the lack of a good service and care really disappointed me. I'll never do my taxes with her anymore. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH HER...
