Although I was recommended this place they were a complete nightmare. Maria and Esmeralda were both unprofessional yet they charged me $849 dollars. They wouldn't even call me back to go over my taxes. But gladly took my money. I would never recommend this place. Go elsewhere for your tax needs.

A third of years ago, its a better shame because I think this year will be the last year here after 15 years as a client, they dont help much anymore, they are only interested in finishing and grabbing the next client, very unfortunate apart from being one of the most expensive 👎

Hello, my name is Jesus Chavez, for more than 15 years I have used the services of Plaza Tax, in past years Ernesto attended to me personally and the service was exceptional and all the staff were very professional and friendly, but in recent years everything has changed. They no longer have the same work system. Its a shame that after being there for so many years I will have to look for another place to do my taxes. After leaving messages for the person who is helping me and waiting many days without a call, I realize that I will no longer continue with them.

Beware of the owner Lupita. She is not just an incompetent tax business owner. She will threaten you when mistakes are made and you are the one to deal with steep tax fees issued by the IRS. She is a thug wanna be type. Rude, foul, and extremely incompetent. Be careful. She had the nerve to threat my family too. I will have police investigate into her background. Be really careful with this woman. Not to be trusted. Do not share your info with her.

So glad we chose to get our taxes done here. It was so easy and stress free! They took care of everything very quick. We did our taxes virtually, I believe I spoke to Esmeralda, she was very kind and professional! Thank you.

This is our first year completing our taxes here and the experience was phenomenal. I was able to drop off receipts and they took. Are of it all. I thought it would be super expensive but the bookkeeping and the filing was reasonable. We look forward to keep doing business in the future.

They do not help you enough so that you obtain a greater economic benefit. I recommend looking for another option and it would even be cheaper :(

They know there stuff smart team the ladies in the front are very helpful and James is very professional I recommend them 🤓😀they are very organized . Positive Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

The staff here is friendly I'll give them that but if you don't have the man/women power to manage the customers then stop making appointments you can't handle. It's frustrating that even with an appointment you still have to wait until they finish the 2 appointments they are behind in. I will definitely not be coming here and would highly advice going elsewhere. My family has been customers here for well over 7 years. This year will be the last. Stop letting greed ruin your excellent service you once had.
