I called and made an appointment to see the Notary. I was given an appointment at noon. I arrived 5 minutes early, only to find the office closed and no one answered. Extremely unprofessional.

They were very professional and handled my notarization even though it is the busy tax season. Great and fast service.

2nd year going there, I'm very happy. Fast friendly service, good sense of humor, I like that. I'm not so good with numbers, they helped me with that.

Did my Taxes this year with them in February 15, 2021 and yet I haven’t received any of my Taxes back yet... I’m not Satisfied with there work and next year I’m planning to go somewhere else to do my Taxes.

Worst mail service ever ! They lost my over night fed ex package. Not doing anything to try and find it either.
