John Cannon is very unprofessional. He over charges he doesn't answer phone calls or emails. I did not receive a copy of my return nor the amount in which I'm supposed to get back. I went to his office 2/15/24 and to date 4/29/24 I have not received my return

I hear that John cannon is a grumpy old man (very old)but a very good tax preparer. Good man. Bring some red wine or scotch

John cannon was by far the worst tax company I’ve dealt with. He never answers the phone, over charges, and has no respect for his clients. After filing my return, he did not give any of my paper work back. I am still waiting and it’s been a year. Within the past year, I’ve heard so many poor things about this company and I completely regret entrusting them with my information. Never NEVER again!

John Cannon is an old grump. Not only does he NOT speak to you with any respect, he does not answer his phone, or ever call you back. We basically have had to hunt him down and drive to his office even if we need the smallest bit of information. He's not helpful in any way.
