Do not use this company! I dealt personally with Patti, and then Barbara Halpern. Both of them will answer the first few emails, then stop responding. When I showed up in person they claimed they didn’t receive any emails. They both know they failed to do their jobs and respond to their customers. I ended up having to hire someone else to clean up their mess.
I would highly recommend Zack and his team! Zack was professional, knowledgeable, reliable and very quick in his communication! Thanks for an easy and seamless process to file our taxes this season!
