Having worked with multiple accounting firms in New York, Chicago and Miami, I have to say this is among the most professional and valuable to my business of them all. Their team listens and understands - and when something is not clear - they ask questions before making accounting assumptions. When one pays for professional services, you expect professional service & advice. In no particular order: *Did not adequately advise us of basic income guidelines & thresholds creating unnecessary & additional work in the area of retirement planning * Did not properly advise us fully about the ramifications of filing an extension * Did not respond to multiple emails, phone calls, or communicate in the most basic manner one would expect from a professional services business. ALL OF WHICH is astounding to find out that the accountant allegedly working on our return is on VACATION. Two weeks before our taxes are due. I understand not being a large client, but it is not concierge service to expect basic communication. I rarely if ever leave negative reviews, but this has been a nightmare.
