Spoke with one gentleman about some simple questions I had regarding whether or not I should 1031 or reverse 1031 some property I owned. He was very helpful, but told me that he wasn’t the reverse 1031 specialist and he would have Nace, the expert, contact me to discuss my options. Nace then called me and when I asked a couple questions he said that if I didn’t have a contract then he wasn’t going to be spending his time interviewing with me on the phone. Laughable customer service, especially because we had only been on the phone for 2 mins, and I told him my decision on the direction of the 1031 was the only thing that kept me from moving forward. I suppose my business wasn’t worth two minutes out of his day. 2 stars only because the First Gentleman I spoke with (didn’t get his name), was kind and helpful! Edit: I have no such text, as I answered your phone call. I think you have me mistaken for someone else. No worries, I will go elsewhere with my business- thanks! One star deleted for false response.

There were some pretty concerning conflicting communications from this company during the initial "tell me more about you all, let me ask some questions" stage. I let them know of my concerns regarding their ability to communicate and they responded back saying they will not take me as a client. Probably for the better.... be careful y'all! Ask all of your questions and check all of their answers.
