I had some complex tax matters and I needed a company that can handle more than just the basic tax filing. Talles listened to all my concerns, he thoroughly researched the issues and he sent me a comprehensive presentation. Talles's talent and dedication immediately earned my respect and my business! The Tax Secrets team is knowledgeable, friendly and professional, and I would highly recommend them.

Best experience. Everything can be done remotely, which is a huge plus. In my case, I went into the office with additional documents, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Everyone was friendly and efficient. I worked with Talles, who is the consummate professional. Not only was he responsive by text and email, he was extremely thorough in assessing our situation and walking us through the process. We completed the whole thing painlessly in one sitting, with excellent follow-up. After interviewing two other potential accountants in the area, trusting Talles was the best decision. We will be doing our taxes with him from this point forward.

Genuinely, easy. Nothing can express the comfort and the reassurance that was given throughout the whole transaction. The last you want to do is worry about having to reach a deadline, or having to drive, and over complicate things in person. When this company is giving you the options to do everything over the phone. Professional 10/10. Taking this experience as a win. And as an amazing customer service experience.
