Even with an impromptu visit as I was in Largo at the time, I was greeted by the staff with kindness and correct and timely answers to my questions at the moment. I recommend this company to anyone who needs answers to questions regarding their taxes.

I've been doing business with Mike the last 6 or 7 years. At first everything was fine, but In 2021 and 2022 he really screwed my returns up good. In 2021, he didn't tax an IRA that should have been taxed. Again in 2022, he didn't include proper docs. In short, I've received notices from the IRS for both years. Due to his incompetence, I owed the IRS nearly $3000. I've been on the phone with the IRS nearly 20 times over the past year trying to sort out his mess. He seemed totally unconcerned and gave very minimal effort, so I had to do the leg work myself. Thanks Mike. You got me good!

Steuer & Co, CPA has prepared our quarterly and annual taxes for over 20 years. We trust Mike and his team to always provide accurate returns, in a timely manner, and with great communication. Also, their systems are so user friendly, making uploading documents, retrieving records and historical documents, and communicating with them a breeze. Quick responses. Very thorough. Helped us out of a huge jam with no time to spare. Prices are comparable to many places I called. I definitely felt I was a priority to them.

Mike and his Staff have been doing our books for our 2 businesses and the personal return for the past 10+ years. It has always been a smooth ride, easy communications via email or phone and meetings at his office. He once guided us through some tough times and when we saw the light at the end of the tunnel it wasn't an oncoming train! He is a very likeable person, has a great sense of humor and is very easy to work with. We can highly recommend him!

I'd love to give more than 2 stars because I know they are probably a fantastic company. However, I've left over 11 voice-mails over 11 weeks and they have yet to contact me via phone or email. I would give 1 star, but the gentleman that took my information was so kind and willing to help me with petition for tax advocacy, as my taxes haven't been filed since 2021, so I give 2 star. I owe IRS much more than I did, had they filed and helped me in a timely manner, and I fear I will never see my frozen funds over 10k. And my penalties just increase over the negligence of my case and I was willing to pay more than the retainer fee. If this company doesn't get back to me soon I will be forced to go elsewhere.

Steuer & Co, I thought were going to be the ones!. He was preparing 4 sets of returns for us and maintaining. He himself was almost impossible to get in touch of until the end after securing a more reliable CPA. Although, I will say he was very responsive upon my exit.

Sends a letter dumping us after 9 years of loyalty leaving us unable to find a replacement before hitting penalties. Nice business ethic Mike and thanks for this added stress and expense. Negative Quality, Professionalism, Value
