this facility doesnt scan in their packages in a timely fashion. i mailed 100 packages on nov 29th and by dec 7, 28 packages still hadnt been scanned in. the manager made ZERO effort to help me out and Ive had to spend countless hours on the phone trying to figure it out because it looked like i never shipped my packages to my customers. i have another issue today, a cutomer is demanding a refund because his item that was shipped in october wasnt scanned in until yesterday december 9. guys be careful dropping your packages off! have them scanned in first!!

USPS NORTH MIAM OFFICE IS NOT PROGRESSIVE TAX SERVICES INC. This USPS Location apparently under a different name in Google Maps is the worst postal office you can find.The tellers have bad attitude and is clear they do not like white people.Go stop by and make your try.BAD ASS STAFF.

The worst. Ever. Never go there. Not surprising the USPS is going bankrupt and customers are taking their business elsewhere. They should all lose their job. Does anyone take pride in their job anymore?

These white people are kind to other people but the black people show no mercy, i didnt have tape one time the white people help me, this time my tape was finished and need a little bit, the black people make me pay for a little bit of tape. Blacks are rude

The absolute worst customer service. There is only one staff member that seems to have any manners, a white Hispanic lady. The rest, hey shake their heads at customers, talk to them condescending and are completely unprofessional. One customer had to get loud and rude in order to get proper service. All of a sudden it was maam please dont get upset... when prior to that this lady with all the patience in the world was being spoken to like she was dumb as a rock, when she wasnt. The issue she had, like myself and the man next to me, they dont listen. They jump and assume you did something wrong, responding full of attitude and making faces at you. This place is garbage.
