I highly recommend Bottom Line Concepts. After being told by our own CPA's that we wouldn't qualify for the ERC, we contacted Bottom Line and yes, we did qualify for 5 quarters. Anytime I called I was always greeted promptly and never had to wait longer than a day for a return call. Always courteous and very professional. It has taken longer than anticipated to get the refunds, as we have only received 1 of the 5 and Bottom Line is not to blame for this. If needed, we would definitely use them again.

We are a small family-owned HVAC business and Bottom Line Concepts was recommended to us by our CPA to help us file for our Employee Retention Credit. They were precise and efficient and constantly kept us informed every step of the way, from filing to receiving our checks in the mail. Although, 25% seemed like a big chunk of our refund, their expertise and professionalism were well worth it. I'd definitely recommend them.
