This is definitely the worst place to do your taxes with! Stay away! I was charged over 1k from my original tax amount and Ms. Jonathan Brintley won’t answer or return my calls. This dude got me audited but I still tried to do business with him one more time.. but I’m definitely not letting this slide!

Worst experience! I was charged over $900 in fees even after being told that they were “cheaper than HR BLOCK!” I only found that out when i looked at my transcript and went back to my refund amount. I also can not get an answer on how much my state taxes are so that I can track them.

I came from an unorganized tax office and wanted to get a second opinion this time around because I don’t like feeling like I don’t know anything happening with my personal tax information. Lyssandra has definitely shown me what an actual tax professional truly is. She has answered all of my questions and concerns that I could possibly have very thoroughly! I have never been so impressed by her professionalism and work ethic. I am a new client filing but she will be my go to every year to file my personal and business taxes. I would like to say that this was the worst experience I’ve ever had when filing my taxes. Were do I start. The only time my supposedly tax professional assisted me was when we filed . After that Natasha santos was no were to be found . She wrongfully filled my taxes. She put false information on my taxes . And never reached back out to correct her mistakes. Resulting in my taxes to be put on a hold. She put me in a horrible tax situation. I’ve reached out to the manager numerous of times. He either says he’s way to busy, or rushed me off the phone or just simply never returns my call. I am angry and disgusted with the way they have handled my taxes. & now still waiting for the rest of my money . My taxes was sent back to them because I no longer have the bank account that she filed my taxes with. I will be seeking to find help from higher management. & if my tax situation doesn’t get resolved or I get any further information in a week or less. I will be filing a complaint against with the irs. I do not recommend this tax company at all . They do not care at all about any kind of situation you are dealing with when it comes to your taxes . Worst experience ever .

A friend of mine trusted Chrystal Lawes and her team to file their taxes and when their return came in almost half of it was missing. They asked about this and was informed its due to bank fees, a software fee and the preparer fee. Why would they tell their client it was only $75 to use their services and then charge over $400?! Nobody will provide proof of said fees. The owner of the company is supporting this as well. They are avoiding all calls and leaving them out to dry. A quick google shows the average is around $200 but this also depends on your taxes, yet this was a simple file that could have been done for free on TurboTax and this company was used for the sole purpose of supporting them. Im writing this review on their behalf because Chrystal had the audacity to find my information and message me about this situation which is unprofessional and how I am now involved. It should be known that this company is taking advantage of people and stealing money from hard workers.

*UPDATE*: SO SHE COULDNT EVEN DO MY TAXES RIGHT SO IM GETTINGG NOTHING THIS YEAR, IM TAKING THIS ISSUE TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU BECAUSE I BELIEVE THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN OR FIRE THIS GIRL I SEE IM NOT THE ONLY ON WHOS COMPLAINED ABOUT HER.. ALSO TAKING THIS TO MY TAX PEOPLE I WANTED TO WORK WITH ORIGINALLY TO SEE IF THEY CAN CLEAN UP THIS SCAM COMPANIES MESS... Worked w this girl Chrissy who was super rude, mis communicative, and filed my taxes without my consent . I hope management really takes a look into what she’s doing
