First time doing taxes with an accountant that I never met with throughout the process. Her staff does all the work and she just reviews it. Never spoke to her throughout the process nor do they provide any recommendations for how to improve ur taxes for the next year. If I’m going pay 500-600 for taxes I’m expecting to discuss it with an accountant and given advice on how to improve tax filing for the upcoming years, especially if you have a small business. My previous accountant would provide a thorough analysis on how to save more money for filing. You’re better off going through TurboTax, they don’t even respond when u have an actual tax issue. Over priced and they make you pay upfront, had I’d known I would never meet the accountant I wouldn’t have paid them to do my taxes. Other reviews that are non Venezuelan are accurate.
