I was recommended by a friend and needed to have my taxes done. Though I did initially meet them during the eleventh hour of tax return deadline in April, it took 6 months for them to finally address my needs. I called the office several times and left messages with no response. I turned to the friend that recommended them for his help and they told him (several times after several calls) they were going to call me. This went on for months... each time with a different excuse for why my taxes were not done. To be fair, they did call me once...All this happened during a very stressful time as my mom passed away in May. I was finally called in October to come in, only to find little to nothing had been done as I sat and watched Keith plug in numbers and bill me $450.00 for two hours. I should have billed them. Worst experience. Go somewhere else.

Keith has been our accountant for over a decade. Through the years, we've enjoyed his wise counsel and care with our taxes AND our overall financial health. Our annual visit is reunion of sorts - catching up on family happenings and swapping stories. We trust and follow his advice explicitly. He's never steered us wrong. When you're ready to graduate from do-it-yourself tax preparation to a real professional, he's your guy.

I have been using Bennett and Bennett accounting for at least 10 years and highly recommend them. The staff is knowledgeable and The Bennetts are premiere in what they do.

The WORST customer service. I went here on a recommendation from a friend to file my first LLC. I looked to Keith and his secretary for advice and answers to my questions about this process. First, they spelled my name wrong on the LLC filing! I sent an email about it and got no response. When I called, she said she never got the email although I replied directly to her and ccd the accountant. No response from either person. Then she said, "You SAID your name is spelled..." I know how my name is spelled. She was so defensive on the phone. I also told her she put my home address as the mailing address, which is public record. Again, she was defensive and said "That's what YOU wanted!" When we did this, all she asked is where I wanted my mail to go. I asked which address to used and she didn't tell me it would be public record, just hurried me up. After all this, I was told I have to make all these changes myself. They also filed my LLC close to the end of the year and when I called about another question, the secretary asked, "did you renew yet?" I was not made aware that I would have to pay $125 to file the first time then another $150 to renew. I would have waited had I been properly informed. When I asked why they did not advise me on this, she said I insisted on filing an LLC. Yeah, I called to file and ask questions but I was not given the information I needed. I have never had so many mistakes made on a simple task and never spoken to someone so defensive. Completely unprofessional. I needed the guidance as this is not my profession. If they were attempting my profession, they would have many questions too. I received terrible and rude service here. I was initially glad to get a recommendation from a friend and intended to use them to do all my business and personal accounting but now I will never return.
