Daysi goes above and beyond to help with all of our financial matters. She set us up personally and professionally for financial success. Daysi was absolutely amazing at asking the right questions, understanding the challenge I was facing and quickly addressing my issue with the IRS. I was dealing with a very emotional issue regarding my deceased Mother's estate and the stress of responding to the IRS' request for $ 15K in back taxes, significant penalties and interest was overwhelming. Daysi was able to address the issue during a complimentary consultation, determine that my Mother's unreported income was not taxable and sent me an amended return while we conversed on the call. Hearing that I was traveling for the next week, she even agreed to meet me at her office when it was closed due to the weather related to Tropical Storm Debby. She took care of everything including the response to the IRS. In addition to being a fantastic tax account (her 10 years with the IRS gives her unique insight) she is an engaging, caring and compassionate person. Thanks again to Daysi and her staff for taking this burden off my shoulders.
