Excellent communication and carefully explains everything along the way. They were patient with us asking questions as new clients which helped as we confirmed our previous CPA wasn't doing things as she should have been. I've used kym and the westcross team for my personal and business needs for the past 8 years. I have never had issues with taxes. I've never once had to worry about taxes or how much I'm going to owe at the end of the year as a business owner. They handle it all. I could not imagine running a company without their help. The Westcross team is very professional and pays attention to the details which helps us save time and money. We have enjoyed working with them and especially like the personal tax video that they send you along with your return. It helps you to understand whats going on with your Tax Return and answers most questions you might have.
