I just called and told that he cannot attend me until after tax season. So thats 4 months after today. I guess making more money is more important than attending people. Edit: Due to a language issue, the right word is assistance istead of attend (Spanish speakers use attend as assist interchangibly) However, 4 months without being able to get an 1-2 hour appointment in aproximate 120 days is not good either (Also the way it was said)

I dont even use these guys because theyre not taking new clients. But both times Ive spoken with them theyre absolutely a pleasure and willing to speak with you for a few if you have some simple questions. Good people!

I have been using Joesph's services now for a year on both my business accounting and personal taxes. Joesph is extremely professional and promptly returns my emails whenever I had questions for him. I would highly recommend having a meeting with him and setting yourself up for success!

Moved to Florida 7 months ago and searching thru the CPA reviews an narrowed it down to one and I’m so happy to say I called Joe hoping he was accepting new clients and luckily I hit it at a good time ! I have not officially met him yet however impressed from the start not only did he tell me that “I did not officially need him yet “ (because it was so soon of opening are business) my point what a person already ! I mean he could have openly signed us up and took our money every month ! And from there if I was in need of guidance or uncertain of how to he has gone above and beyond never making me feel as though I was bothering him ! And super benefit he answers his phone ! No going through hoops to get your accountant on the phone ! Like the machine actually tells you “If you’d like to speak to Mr. Susi please press —-“ no weeks without a return response! He calls you or emails you back ! Looking forward to meeting him soon and working with him ! Thank you Joe for being real the world needs more of you ! GOD BLESS YOU !

We moved to Florida and wanted a local tax preparer/advisor. I read the reviews about Joe and decided to give him a try. He is as good as advertised. He is knowledgeable, personable and prompt. Joe made several mistakes on my taxes and I had to fix them on my own. He is a very nice guy but rushes through filing taxes which is very costly. I would go to another professional who pays more attention to detail because taxes are one thing where typos can make a big difference. Much better value can be found elsewhere Negative Value
