I wish I could give a positive review about my experience with Harvard. The receptionist was lovely. Outside of that, the associates were unorganized, unprofessional and seemed less than interested in helping me. Emails were left unanswered for weeks and nothing was explained to us the way it should have been to prevent future issues. I was not taken seriously which sadly seemed because I’m a young woman and new business owner. I paid late fees multiple times due to their incorrect processing of taxes and payroll. This cost me hundreds of dollars. We gave them multiple chances as my family and banker highly recommended them. I found another company who not only treats me with respect, they are more affordable and found a better payroll option. My advice is to find another company to work with.
