Denise, it is disappointing and unprofessional for you to have such poor communication with so many discrepancies. You’ve provided instructions one way and came back and gave different instructions, stating you were confused. Tax time is critical and you are messing with people’s money. Doing business with integrity and delivering on your services is what’s expected. You charge people on random dates, outside of what’s stated in the contract. Now I’m concerned whether our tax return is accurate.

I used this service for my 2018 and 2019 tex filing. Everything was smooth and no need to concern extra effort. Once you update your file in secured web-folder. She is going to handle everything. I have definitely satisfied this service.

Last year was my first time filing taxes outside of my parents & Denise walked me through each process/question I had in detail. She was so quick to respond to my emails and she was sooo nice!
