A Succentrix franchisee engaged in helping my ex business partner cover theft of company funds. She created a false loan and altered 4.5 pages of Quickbooks transactions among other actions. This led to my family losing over $150,000! I called the Succentrix corporate office to file a complaint and obtain this franchisee’s Professional Liability certificate of insurance. This is not a confidential document. I spoke with VP Wayne Nix at length about the situation and he asked for a few days to get back with me. He has never called back. I have called back multiple times and it is apparent that Mr. Nix and the other officers of Succentrix are stone walling me and refuse to respond. Apparently Succentrix and it’s owners and officers condone this behavior and are perfectly fine with covering for their franchise owners that fraudulently alter transactions. Their lack of response and apparent covering up should make any potential clients or franchise owners question the ethics and morals of such a company and its leaders.
