Accountants One, recruiters Laura Norkeviciute and Austin Hayes are a very professional team to work with. Austin initially found me on LinkedIn and at the time I wanted to seek employment on my own. However, months later he made a second attempt to assist and this time I took the bate. He immediately went to work and guided me through the entire process. Laura, the Senior Recruiter jumped on board just as quickly. In less than two weeks I interviewed and was offered a position at one of their clients. I can assure you, they know Accounting and Finance industry and will successfully finds leads. In hindsight, I must say I should have started with Accountants One Laura and Austin.

According to their website, "We deliver highly qualified accounting & financial professionals to our clients." Well, in my lone experience, we were sold on what was to be a "highly qualified professional". I was assured they had placed this individual previously and successfully... I can honestly say that in my 30+ years of running businesses, that was my worst hire, ever. Accountants One highly recommended a candidate for our Controller position, that frankly, had zero skills. They did not stand behind their work. I do not recommend them.

Our company used Accountants One a few years back to place one of our team members and we had a great experience with Ashley- she was responsive, personable and great at her job. When the time came to grow the team again, I reached out only to find out Ashley had left the company and was assigned a new recruiter. Anna responded initially and once I sent her the signed contract she sent over one ill fitting resume and has since gone over a month without contacting me in any manner, even when asking for a simple update... I find it very unprofessional. If there are no candidates, simply state that instead of not responding. If you are an employer looking for accounting talent in GA I think you should consider another company, especially if assigned Anna.
