Was unhappy with this firm. They were hired to do my taxes and over 6 months later had still not done them. They would take 2+ weeks to respond to emails.

I am a behavioral healthcare professional and own/direct a mid-size clinical practice. It would be impossible for me to overstate my complete and total satisfaction with this accounting group. I have been with them for five years now and they handle my corporate and personal tax affairs. Over the years, I have used three other accounting groups and none of them came anywhere close to offering the expertise, professionalism, and customer service that APATS provides. Rosine Charles and her entire team (Brie, Charisse, Bryan and others) are all incredibly knowledgeable about tax matters. APATS is always exceptionally patient with me and everyone I deal with has an incredible way of taking complex tax matters and explaining them to me in a way that makes sense. Everyone on their team is friendly, organized, reliable, and dedicated to what they do. Beyond their expertise and professionalism, they communicate excitement and energy for my business to grow and succeed - almost as if it were their own. They are highly responsive and I feel like I am their only client even though I know they have so many others. Sometimes I forget they are an outside accounting group - I often feel they are my own in-house accounting department! They feel that much like part of my team. I have the utmost confidence in everything they do and the consultation they provide. This has been the best tax experience I have ever had. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and was very helpful with any questions I had.
