Terrible! They take 25 hours for a 5 hour data entry job. Literally so dumb that they will enter every character of a bank statement Memo (example: check #1035 cashed 1-1-2022) but will not enter the payee even though it appears in the check image found on same bank statement. Don’t waste your time or money with this sales company that outsources the work to India.

This company is horrible. Do not ever use them. They did terrible work for a month, so I fired them. They have since refused to help unlink their Quickbooks from my bank accounts. Unbelievable.

I met Nathan Whitaker at a PABS networking event. PABS is now a vital part of my business. The onboarding process was supportive and well organized.
