They told me that the taxes owned payment was going to be deducted electronically every month directly from my bank account but it went through only one time and then no more so I received multiple late fees in the mail....why set up an electronic monthly payment if then it works only once??!!

Extremely disappointed with the services. My retired friend who lost her husband recently did taxes with this company since 2014. This past year the owner made a mistake with her taxes refunds and as a result she was responsible to cover penalty fees, interest etc. The amount of stress she went through affected her health and put her in a difficult financial burden. The owner admitted the mistake they made but ignored my friend and left her with this problem completely alone. Now they are not responding to emails or any requests of taking care of her. If you are counting on professional expertise and treatment I would stay away from this place. At the end they will not care about their clients.
