Have got to be the rudest lady’s who answer the homes .. been calling everyday for a week to get a inbetween number on how much it would be to do my taxes and never a call and he’s never there can’t make a appointment call again today and they say take your business else where your wasting our time .. and all I ask was a in between number on how much it might cost for them to do my taxes

I have used them for about 8 years now. Yes, they are busy, especially during tax return season. But, despite that, I've always been treated with respect and professionalism. Rob Ward is great at what he does. I highly recommend.

I would avoid this accountant. He and his secretary are very rude. He promised to help with a tax issue and then put me off for 2 months. When I tried get him to do something about it and follow up he bailed out and takes no ownership or responsibility for what he does. He might be good for simple tax preparation but H&R Block is better and cheaper. It's not his fault, it's my fault for trusting him. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Their business practices are highly unethical and blindly use a member of an HOA's word as opposed to looking into the laws and by-laws they are bound by. Would not trust.

I called to ask for a consultation over the phone and encountered one of the rudest secretaries to exist. I asked her the price estimate and before I could say anything she told me he is too busy and doesn't have time for me. Very unprofessional.

Not sure what the one star review was for because I’ve always been happy with their service. Boulder tax is friendly but professional. I know Rob and his staff work hard all year round. I trust him 100% and hope I never have to go anywhere else.
