I drive an hour to see Brittanya because they are knowledgeable, professional, reasonably priced, and have solutions. Brittanya and her staff are OUTSTANDING! They make a difficult task easier. The best accounting firm I have ever used.

Totally unresponsive, lacking professionalism and they want your fees but dont provide services to justify them. I would not recommend this firms services to anyone.

If you want an accountant that intimidates you by sending your invoices to collections within hours of a disputed charge (knowing you are in the middle of a refinance) to twist your arm to pay for services that you specifically did not agree to or have a signed contract, you've come to the right place. If you want an accountant that says they will provide one thing, starts work without a contract, then sends you a contract stating that the work they are doing won't actually achieve what you need yet you still have to pay them for it, you've come to the right place. If you want an accountant whose customer service leaves you with a wide open jaw from the lack of standard care or kindness or even services for the money you paid, you've come to the right place. If you want an accountant who over charges for what minimal quality they provide, you've come to the right place. Actually if you think about it, if you really want an accountant you should go anywhere else. Otherwise, good luck with this firm. I wouldn't be surprised if they intimidate all their clients.

I am an expat (American living and working abroad), based in Oslo, Norway. Bryant & DaValle have the expertise and attention to detail required to deal with this and other complex tax situations. Although the firm has grown, they remain very personable. I would highly recommend them to anyone working abroad, running an LLC or requiring expert consultation.

I worked with Brittanya on my tax return and couldn't be happier with the result. In addition to the regular forms, she outlined what other items and information I would need to help reduce my tax liability. Her office staff are very polite and attentive.
