"RIPOFFS" "STAY AWAY". They will quickly file and charge you 400 to 600 $ fees for filing and if query comes from IRS they will charge you extra to solve that so stay away from them. If there was negative 10 stars, I would have given this business that because I filed amendment in 2021 and after almost 2 years have been passed I did not received my refund, so I called IRS and they mentioned that they never received amendment from any CPA, So I called this firm and explained and to my shock they mentioned they will charge me additional 400 to 500 $ to talk to IRS? So to receive 3000$ refund these incompetent firm will charge me 1000 to 1500$'s or even 2000$? what's the point of getting the refund? Find more professional and competent CPA's who take ownership of their customers problem don't rip them off or throw them under the bus.
