We had a great experience. Chris Batchel was wonderful to work with. He walked us through everything and explained it all patiently. He was able to file our taxes on time even though there were many parts to work out and we were a little late getting everything to him. And he has a great sense of humor which blew away our picture of a "numbers guy". Thank you Chris.

Chris treated me as if I did not exist. It’s so disheartening. No responses to my emails. It’s very frustrating to be a paying customer for three years and to be treated so dismissively. :( The ladies in the office are always kind. I do appreciate that.
