My mother needed help with an IRS matter which was quite urgent. The IRS has sent a letter that needed a response and/or action and she was uncertain of her next move. She knew she wanted to deal with someone local and not a national firm. Searching online I found Ms. Bowens. What a God send!! Timalyn is AMAZING!!! She is so knowledgeable about tax law and extremely patient. I took her tax resolution class, and had the confidence to start offering the service. After coming into a hiccup with my case, Timalyn offered me an enormous amount of support. She walked with me through the paperwork and helped draft a game plan!
