I couldnt be more pleased with Tom Palm and his CPAs. We specifically work mostly with Dan Palm who has been the most professional, responsive, and accurate accountant we have ever worked with. Having a business, several rental properties, and other complex tax situations they have been great at not just maintenance but also advising on company structure and financial decision making. My wife and I had been with three different accountants before we found Palm and cannot be happier. Anyone that is even thinking about switching to these guys DO IT!

Money is so personal and Tom Palm made me feel comfortable and confident in both his expertise as well as my ability to learn and tackle book keeping together. This is my second year with Thomas Palm. I have worked with both Tom Sr. & Jr. My returns have been accurate. They both answered all of my questions and gave great advice for the coming year. I highly recommend their services.

I went to Mr. Palm Jr. for tax preparation and he seemed very nice and had a plethora of knowledge to share. At the end of the tax prep (which was incomplete) I asked what the fee would be. We informed Mr. Palm Jr. that the fee was too high and we would not be able to use his services. He never disclosed in the beginning what the fee was, however he sent a very nasty email stating that we were a dishonorable couple and this was not a free consultation. I called him because I was shocked at his email and when he answered he was just as rude. I was very offended by the things he said and will never use or recommend his services to anyone. Please beware when considering Mr. Palm Jr.

Tom Sr is the absolute best! This was my first experience with this office and I was nervous I wasn’t completely prepared, Tom Sr. was so patient and kind and I never felt rushed. He was a wealth of knowledge and took the time to explain the questions I had. I highly recommend.
